Griggs Presents At Innovation Conference

Boyle Fredrickson attorney Michael Griggs recently presented “Protecting Your Intellectual Property on a Budget” at the 2009 Ideas to Profits Conference held Oct. 1-2. Ideas to Profits is an annual event planned by the Wisconsin Innovation Service Center (WISC), the Small Business Development Center and the University of Wisconsin; the educational programming targets inventors, manufacturers and technology entrepreneurs. According to Griggs, the firm will continue to cultivate its relationships with credible organizations like these to help drive innovation across the state.

“Boyle Fredrickson’s relationship with the Ideas to Profits Conference dates back to 2002. The Conference does a wonderful job of informing individual inventors, as well as small-to-large companies, about research funding sources, new product and invention development tips and market expansion opportunities,” said Griggs. “Considering our mutual goal of helping innovators, it only makes sense for our attorneys to continue participating at these events when appropriate. My recent presentation at the Ideas to Profits Conference centered on the need for strategic IP protection planning in today’s down economy — it is a message we have been spreading for quite some time, and one that resonated strongly with the audience.”
