Business Journal of Milwaukee Recognizes Boyle Fredrickson among Fastest Growing Firms

Boyle Fredrickson Grows 49 Percent from 2006-08; Intellectual Property Law Firm Attains Second Award for 2009

Boyle Fredrickson, Wisconsin’s largest intellectual property (IP) law firm, was recently recognized by the Business Journal of Milwaukee as one of the fastest growing firms in the greater Milwaukee area. The firm saw its revenue increase by 49 percent from 2006 to 2008. During that same period, the company grew from 27 to 36 employees, including 21 practicing attorneys.

“We are an opportunistic growth firm,” says Matt Corr, a Boyle Fredrickson shareholder. “We do take into account what our clients’ needs are and act accordingly.”

In addition to recognition as one of Milwaukee’s fastest growing firms, Boyle Fredrickson was also named as one ofthe Milwaukee Metropolitan Association of Commerce’s (MMAC) Future 50 Award Winners for 2009- the firm’s third consecutive year of recognition. The Future 50 program honors privately-owned businesses that show significant revenue and employment growth.

“Given the challenges of today’s economy, the attorneys and staff of Boyle Fredrickson are grateful to be recognized for our success over the past year,” says Peter Stomma, Boyle Fredrickson president and shareholder. “We are thankful to our clients for allowing us to serve them, and we look forward to continuing to protect their intellectual property and assisting them in driving new innovations.”
