Boyle Fredrickson Cares Helps Southeastern Wisconsin’s Underprivileged
Boyle Fredrickson has been a staunch supporter of the local community since the law firm’s founding in 1999. Through the Boyle Fredrickson Cares program, the firm has a committed plan in place every year to help make a positive difference in and around the Milwaukee area. Over the past decade, the attorneys and support staff at Wisconsin’s largest intellectual property law firm have donated numerous clothing and food items to Wisconsin’s needy, raised thousands of dollars for charitable organizations and volunteered hundreds of hours to bettering their community.
“Boyle Fredrickson Cares is close to all of our hearts at the firm,” said Nicole Brevitz, Boyle Fredrickson’s marketing coordinator. “With today’s economic conditions, we live in a time in which the generosity of others is often the only thing that some people have to rely upon. I’m proud that our attorneys and staff are able to provide a united effort to help those in need.”
In 2009, Boyle Fredrickson Cares had a strong presence at the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Walk this summer. Boyle Fredrickson added 27 participants to the charitable event and raised more than $2,200 for the Society. The firm was also active during the holiday season. They participated for the third consecutive year in the Volunteer Center of Greater Milwaukee’s Holiday Giving Tree providing 35 children from a local foster care program with heartwarming presents. Boyle Fredrickson Cares also assisted in the Salvation Army’s Holiday Toy Shop. More than 20 of the firm’s employees and family members volunteered their time to sort thousands of donated toys for Wisconsin’s underprivileged children.
“2009 was a great year for Boyle Fredrickson Cares,” continued Brevitz. “We helped bring smiles to a lot of children’s faces. But, truthfully, we are already very anxious to finalize plans for 2010. Boyle Fredrickson Cares has become an exciting way for us to really make an impact.”
