Attorneys on magazine’s list of world’s leading patent practitioners
Intellectual Asset Management magazine has selected attorneys Jim Boyle, Michael Gratz, Andrew McConnell and Tim Newholm as members of the world’s Leading Patent Practitioners list, which the publication made available this month. The firm will also be listed.
The magazine, which is solely dedicated to listing, and writing about, best-in-class patent prosecution, licensing and litigation practitioners on a global basis, calls the list the most extensive list of private practice patent professionals and firms in 40 of the world’s top markets.
During the first quarter of 2014, IAM researchers conducted more than 1,000 interviews with both private practice lawyers and in-house corporate counsel, asking them to identify the practitioners and firms in their markets they believe provide first-class services in areas such as patent procurement, licensing and litigation.
The attorney’s names will appear online and in the print edition of the list.
“No one can buy their way into the rankings,” says John Eborall, magazine business development manager. “Therefore, those featured truly represent the definitive list of the world’s leading patent litigators, according to the opinion of the IAM research team.”
