Andrew S. McConnell

Andy works with his clients to effectively secure, manage and enforce their intellectual property rights. His focus is on patent application preparation and prosecution, trademark counseling and registration, trade secrets, and copyrights, as well as overall intellectual property counseling, licensing and pre-litigation dispute resolution. His sweet spot is listening to and working hand-in-hand with clients in a smart, cost-effective manner to meet their intellectual property needs and implement their intellectual property strategy. Andy has over 35 years of intellectual property law experience, and prides himself on the longstanding partnerships he’s built with many of his clients.

Andy joined Boyle Fredrickson in 2001 and is a past president and shareholder of the firm.
