Keith M. Baxter

My practice focuses on patent prosecution, counseling on the strategic use of patents, and pre-litigation management of patent disputes. I have more than 30 years' experience working with complex university-based research, electronic and mechanical products, and software and computer architecture technology.

I joined Boyle Frederickson in 2006, where I have also served as a member of the Board of Directors and as president. My clients include a major research university, fortune 500 companies, medium sized companies that rely on innovation, and start-ups.
