Keith M. Baxter

My practice focuses on patent prosecution, counseling on the strategic use of patents and pre-litigation management of patent disputes. I have more than 20 years of experience working in complex technologies including university-based research as well as basic electronic and mechanical technologies, where effective patent protection or broad protection can be difficult.
I joined Boyle Frederickson in 2006, where I have also served as a member of the Board of Directors and most recently as President (2019-2021). My representative clients include Rockwell Automation, Inc., Illinois Tool Works, and Epic Systems.
