Sheldon L. Wolfe
Owning intellectual property doesn’t mean much if you can’t protect it. With this in mind, Sheldon works with clients to protect their business interests through patent prosecution.
Sheldon’s practice focuses on securing U.S. and foreign patent protection for electrical, electromagnetic, biomedical, and communication related inventions. And, with a background in electrical engineering, he understands not just the “what” and “how” behind patent protection, but, more importantly, the “why” that makes his clients’ IP unique.
Responsive, thorough, and analytical, he understands that clients don’t just want an answer, they want good answers – and they expect their legal representation to provide that. At the end of the day, Sheldon’s goal is to make his clients’ lives easier and their IP interests safer.
