Sarah M. Wong
A Milwaukee native, Sarah is passionate about helping local companies, small businesses, and entrepreneurs succeed. She understands that intellectual property can play an important role in a well-strategized business plan and prides herself in helping businesses achieve their goals.
Sarah became a voting shareholder in 2020 and has been using her background in biomedical engineering to assist clients in a variety of disciplines since 2012. Sarah practices in all areas of intellectual property including patent, trademark and copyright acquisition, litigation, and transactions and licensing.
Sarah graduated cum laude from Marquette University Law School where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Marquette Intellectual Property Law Review and was on the executive board of the Intellectual Property Law Society. She earned her B.S. degree in biomedical engineering with a minor in economics from Washington University in St. Louis.
Sarah is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and is admitted to practice in the Eastern District of Wisconsin, Western District of Wisconsin, United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the United States Patent & Trademark Office.
Sarah was selected by the Wisconsin Law Journal as an Up & Coming Lawyer in 2015.
Sarah is a Big Brothers Big Sisters volunteer and devotes her time cultivating the Asian American community in Milwaukee. In her free time she enjoys world travel, learning guitar, and is a self-proclaimed foodie.
