Established in 1999, Boyle Fredrickson has grown to become Wisconsin’s largest intellectual property law firm. Our success lies in a singular focus on IP law and the strong relationships we have with our clients. This focus and these relationships give us the ability to defend their rights and their ideas more creatively than other general practice firms that may offer IP law as an ala-carte menu item in their long list of practice areas.
Collectively, our attorneys have decades of experience in the mechanical, chemical, life sciences, and electrical disciplines, as well as in computer science and software. We pride ourselves in being able to handle everything from traditional to cutting edge technologies. Our attorneys include two former law professors, a former patent examiner, several former judicial clerks, mediators, testifying experts, and the author of a leading trademark treatise. Beyond their expertise, all of the members of the firm are active in a number of professional and community service organizations.
