Mark joined Boyle Fredrickson from Haynes and Boone in Dallas, Texas. Previously, he worked as a patent associate with two local firms. Mark is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office as is also licensed to practice in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Oklahoma. Mark obtained his undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois-Chicago and earned his law degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law. Mark has extensive experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the electrical, electromechanical, and medical imaging arts. In addition to his practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Mark has
provided general IP counseling to the firm's clients, including right-to-use, freedom-to-operate, non-infringement, invalidity, and patentability opinions.
