Peter, who currently serves as Boyle Fredrickson's president, has experience in all facets of intellectual property law, including the preparation and prosecution of patent and trademark applications both domestically and abroad. His clients appreciate his commitment to client service.
Peter received his undergraduate education in electrical engineering at Vanderbilt University and Marquette University. He earned his law degree from Drake University. Peter is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and several federal courts, and he is also registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. In addition, he has made multiple appearances before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, various U.S. district and state courts, and the Board of Patent Appeals. He has also guest lectured at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and Marquette University.
Peter is the current president of the Marquette University Engineering Alumni Association and also serves as a member of the board of directors of Thomas More High School. He lives with his wife and children in Muskego, Wisconsin.
