Friendly and approachable, Peter has significant experience in all facets of intellectual property law, including the preparation and prosecution of patent and trademark applications in the United States and abroad. His clients appreciate his commitment to client service. He serves on the Boyle Fredrickson Board of Directors and is a shareholder in the firm. Peter received his education in electrical engineering at Vanderbilt University and Marquette University (B.S.E.E., 1988), and his law degree from Drake University (1991). He is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and several federal courts, and is also registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. In addition, he has made multiple appearances before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, various United States district and state courts, and the Board of Patent Appeals. He has also guest lectured at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, and Marquette University. Peter is the current president of the Marquette University Engineering Alumni Association and also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Thomas More High School.
