Mollie focuses her practice on the litigation end of the intellectual property protection spectrum, advising her clients that patents and other intellectual property rights lose value when infringement is tolerated. She is also a skilled trademark practitioner, and she is a registered patent attorney.
Mollie received an M.S. in anthropology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1997 and a J.D. from Marquette University Law School in 2001. She is admitted to practice in the State of Wisconsin, in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, and in the United States Courts of Appeals for the Seventh and Federal Circuits. She is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association, the Eastern District of Wisconsin Bar Association and the Association for Women Lawyers.
Mollie serves on the board of directors of the Thomas More Lawyers Society and is the leader of Girl Scout Troop 1949. She lives in Bay View with her husband and their six children.
