Mike brings over three decades of expertise to the Boyle Fredrickson law offices. He is skilled in a wide variety of intellectual property issues and has extensive experience working with patents and patent related litigation. Clients take comfort in knowing that Mike has represented both plaintiffs and defendants and has a history of delivering favorable results for both sides.
Having graduated with honors from Michigan Technology University with a degree in electrical engineering, Mike has a background working in high technology fields. During his career, Mike has worked for clients specializing in wired and wireless networks, power systems, machinery controls, Internet web sites, data processing for patent monitoring and many other innovative technologies.
Mike earned his law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School and has since been invited to make several speeches at the Governor’s New Products Awards. He is a Martindale-Hubbell AV® Peer Review Rated attorney and is admitted to practice by the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals (Federal and 7th Circuits) and the Eastern and Western District Courts of Wisconsin. Mike currently resides in Shorewood, Wisconsin with his wife Linda.
