Andy offers clients a broad range of legal advice covering patent, trademark, and copyright law. A hard-working client advocate, he prides himself on the longstanding partnerships he’s built with many of his clients. Andy serves as president of the Boyle Fredrickson Board of Directors and is a shareholder in the firm. Andy is admitted to practice before the State Bar of Wisconsin, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin (Section on Intellectual Property Law), the American Bar Association, the Seventh Federal Circuit Bar Association, the Wisconsin Intellectual Property Law Association (President, 1993-94), and the Milwaukee Bar Association. Andy received his undergraduate degree in civil engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, and in 1985 earned his law degree, with honors, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
