Michael has been admitted to practice in both Illinois and Wisconsin, and is registered to practice before both the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the Federal District Courts of Northern Illinois and Western Wisconsin. His litigation experience includes preparing and filing non-provisional and provisional patent applications, and he has been an instructor for training courses for Army engineers who work with invention disclosures and patent applications. Michael graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he served as President of the Intellectual Property Student Association.
