An aggressive client advocate, Kirk focuses primarily on patent and trademark acquisition and enforcement, as well as general intellectual property counseling. A member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the U. S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, Kirk is also registered to practice before United States Patent and Trademark Office. He is a member of American Society of Mechanical Engineers, American Bar Association, Wisconsin Bar Association, and American Intellectual Property Law Association. Kirk holds a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, with an emphasis in mechanical design and power systems.
