Prior to a seven-year stint serving as an associate patent attorney with a local law firm, Michael worked as a systems analyst with Sandia National Labs in New Mexico, where he maintained and updated extensive computer codes implementing finite element modeling. He obtained his law degree from the University of Michigan and bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, and also completed significant MBA coursework at the University of New Mexico. Michael is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He is also a member of the Wisconsin Intellectual Property Law Association. He resides in Brookfield, Wisconsin and enjoys reading, triathlon training, computers, and traveling in his free time.
