Attorney Adam Brookman Presents at WISACCA Conference

Boyle Fredrickson shareholder Adam Brookman collaborated with Anne Dorn, Director & Senior Legal Counsel – Technology Compliance at Direct Supply, Inc. to present “Traditional and Non-Traditional Ways to Protect What’s Yours (without the use of weapons) – IP Protection Strategies in an Ever-Changing Landscape” at the Association of Corporate Counsel, Wisconsin Chapter (WISACCA) annual conference held May 15 – 16, 2014 at the Osthoff Resort in Elkhart Lake, Wis.

Brookman and Dorn focused on a variety of ways to protect intellectual property, including Non-Disclosure and Indemnification Agreements. The presentation also covered protection of product designs and foreign filing of patents and trademarks.
